I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and professionalism of the staff at Knez, who not only helped me find a lost bracelet but also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room's ironing facilities were a welcome convenience, and the efficient heating made for a cozy stay. The soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful retreat after a day of skiing. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and attention to detail.
